LA Modular Homes represents multiple manufacturers to meet our customers' preferences in floor plans, styles and budgets. Many of our manufacturers allow modification to floor plans so that you may customize your home design.

Modular housing offers many advantages over traditional "stick-built" construction. Quite simply, modular construction is the building of a home in separate sections, weather protected, within a controlled environment of a factory. Modular homes are manufactured stronger to withstand transportation, using 33% more lumber than traditional construction.
LA Modular Homes are built in programmed stages from flooring to finished product. Floor treatments, framing, insulation, drywall, roofing, windows, siding, cabinetry, plumbing and lighting fixtures are installed and completed by skilled craftsmen utilizing state-of-the-art production technology. The home is shipped 90% complete to the building site and assembled on a foundation. Only minimal site construction is required, such as the foundation, modular set-up, securing the roof and connection of various utilities.
Overall efficiency of modular construction results in tremendous cost savings due to reduced time by concurrent site work in home construction. This allows for reduced interest on construction financing due to reduced move-in time. Modular construction reduces the possibilities of cost over-runs and is environmentally conscious by utilizing engineered construction materials and through effective recycling. A highly skilled work force has many years of experience and work year-round assuring rigorous quality inspections throughout every phase of construction.

Since construction takes place in a controlled environment, building materials are stored inside and are not exposed to the harmful effects of weather or vandalism. Each LA Modular Home is built with quality brand name products such as Armstrong, Andersen, Certainteed, Delta, Dow, General Electric, Owens Corning and more. All of our modular homes are built to meet nationally recognized standards for home building construction.
